MJ gave it a10: Why in the hell would you cancell one of the funniest tv sit coms???????? and leave sh like how i met your mother and tons of other crap on?? Who the hell votes here.
Michelle K. gave it a10: I know I am crazy but the critics are supposed to be sane and intelligent. I am not seeing either here. Rules of Engagement is laugh-out-loud hilarious and VERY inspired. CBS has got a FANTASTIC line-up on Monday nights and should keep it that way. Most of us have enough drama and stress in our lives and cherish the chance to laugh. Keep it up CBS and don't listen to these critic dolts. We are your audience and we love Rules of Engagement!!
weston w. gave it a10: I don't understand why critics hate this show. My second favorite show on TV (second to the office of course). This is the only show on TV that actually makes me laugh out loud.
Nigel N. gave it a4: This is pretty lousy. I viewed a couple of episodes from season 1 and am surprised it is being renewed for a third season. This isn't funny; Patrick Warburton is the only silver lining on this show. Bianca Kajlich is pretty. Megan Pryce, with her experience from Grounded, would be more than a factor in this show but she just plays Jeff's wife. Too formulaic and dull for me.
BJ A. gave it a10: I love this show. I laugh non-stop while it's on. I am having a hard time believing the critics' review. Are they nuts or are they just jaded? It's a great show!
Gail S. gave it a10: This was the best half hour on tv. Please get it back on the air and get rid of the poor replacement shows.
William P. gave it a10: I really liked this show.I liked all of the characters. The critics would'nd know entertainment if it sat on their face and wiggled.
Tammy H. gave it a10: My husband and I love this show! I am really surprised that they canceled it. There really aren't many good comedy's and this is a great one!
Josh B. gave it a10: Keep this show alive!.Its got everything that a sitcom needs.I love it and watch it every time its on,even the repeats.
Michelle L. gave it a10: My husband and I love this show. I love the dynamic of their being two couples and then David Spade all on his own trying to live the life of a single nasty single guy. I love Patrick Warburton as a married man and his wit just amazes me. Oh hell, I love all of the characters and the way that they play off of each other. This show is fantastic and I hope it doesn't go off of the air anytime soon!!!
Restless Spirit gave it a6: Apparently, It isn't canceled. A new show airs Monday, April 14th.
Brenna K gave it a10: This show was excellent! I can NOT believe it was canceled on the basis of critics ratings. With every thing that is going on now in this country, we all need a good laugh. What is the per-capita ratio of critics to the rest of us?
Dean H gave it an8: I agree with Christine A. The guys in the show are funny, but the female characters are poorly developed. It could be so much more, but it surely is funnier than any of the other lame new shows out there.
Travis M gave it a10: I cant believe that out of all the trash on TV now that this one quick Very Funny show bit the dust! I REALLY think the pompus critics - And Im sure they love being knows as this - I mean some of the cartoons on primetime, come on....Some of those are so tacky. Well, what ever. This is just another reason NOT to watch the electronic baby sitter.
Dawn M. gave it a10: I love this show. I'm married and know about all the three lifestyles portrayed on this show. It's hilarious because every episode is so true in real life.
Lilly H. gave it a10: Realistic and hilarious. How could it be cancelled?
ann c. gave it a3: so glad it was cancelled , either put Price and her cleavage back in the programs for adolescent boys like grounded for life, or tell her she should get busy and be a stay at home mom instead of boring us.
abel z. gave it a10: give the show a chance it was funny
Christine A. gave it a7: Here's the problem: Although some very funny scenes with the guys on the show, the writers seem to have forgotten to write personalities for the female characters. Basically it is a show about three guys, one married, one engaged and one single and oh yeah, there are two chicks in some of the scenes. If the writers can jazz up the female roles and throw in more witty comedy, maybe even a little more slapstick, they'll have a hit.
pech p. gave it a10: I think the show is real funny. Patrick Warburton and David spade are halarious. Ppl who don't think this show is funny is cuz they have no sense of humour. All u critics are morons!!!!! This show kicks ass
Shelley M. gave it a10: This show was so funny. Bring it back!!!!
JENNIFER F gave it a10: This show is hilarious! Can't believe it got cancelled!
Scott D. gave it a10: Love It! Very funny guy show.
chris s gave it an8: A funny show and I realy like the role of Patrick Warburton. A much funnier show then the New Adventures of Old Christine.
E E gave it a9: I think David Spade and Patrick Warburton are great in this show. I haven't seen an episode that wasn't funny.
Jacquie S. gave it a9: Patrick Warburton is hilarious!!! We look forward to Monday nights when the kids are in bed, the red wine is open, and we finally have a show that we both enjoy. I think the actors will relax a bit as they produce more shows and its only going to get better!
Nancy M gave it a10: I love this show. It is an absolute home run. I hope someone at the network has their thinking cap on over this one. This show is one of the funniest ones I have seen in a long time. I hope it comes back next season.
Joan J gave it a10: I miss this show! Excellent cast, funny funny stuff. PLEASE DON'T CANCEL! Seems every time a good show comes along (and they are few and far between these days) it gets cancelled before it has a chance to create a following. Give this one a chance!
Kris L gave it a10: The show is hilarious with a good cast
Tammy L gave it an8: One of the best comedies on tv.
Ron H gave it a9: best thing since Buffalo Bill in the 90's (GinaDavis' premiere and Dabney Coleman's finest hour
Matt M gave it a10: This show is hilarious! My sides hurt after I get done watching it. I think the "professionals" who review these shows should just quit rather than babble about how much they hate it. And I'm not sure what show "Matthew Gilbert of the Boston Globe" is talking about when he says that "TV comedy is getting good again" and he gave this show a 0. Doesn't make sense to me!
Rich M gave it a10: I am shocked by the reviews. My wife and I have been waiting for a laugh out loud comedy that actually makes us laugh out loud, We thought this show was a home run. PLEASE DO NOT CANCEL!!!!
Bill R gave it a9: You know as I get older and am very busy, It is nice to set down at night and get a laugh from a tv show that mirrors life. I think show brings a different kind of comedy feel. I think the show is well written and the characters fit perfectly to the script. I hope it will continue to be played.
Jess S gave it a10: I love this show!!! The characters are hilarious and easy to relate to. This is one of the very few shows where I laugh the whole 30 minutes.
Blake gave it an8: Not the best show of the year. But it was very funny. It was dark enough to add some character not seen in many comedies this year. I'd not place it in that top teir (The office, How I met your mother) of sitcoms, but definitely in the second teir with (Earl, The Class and New adventures of Old Christine)
Dave S gave it a10: This show is one of the best new shows this serason
Marco L gave it a10: This is a great show. Very funny
Glenn O gave it a9: OK, so it's not as realistic as 2 and a Half Men... whatever. As someone who's been married for 8 years, I can definitely relate to Warburton's character. The whole premise of the show may make it difficult to continue...provided that relationships should develop and the dynamics will change. But in the meantime, I like it!
Justin C gave it an8: Great show, funny, I don't understand the other poor reviews
Jamaal A gave it a9: This show began slow but has really picked up momentum as you get to know the characters better. I've really enjoyed the last 3 shows. Very nice addition to CBS's Monday night line up.
Michael K gave it a10: Great show. Please don't cancel. With King of Queens leaving me I don't think I could handle another divorce from laughing.
Leslie C gave it a3: It will be interesting to see how long people can watch Patrick Warburton's dead pan delivery before they get tired of it and tune out. The only character that I find remotely interesting is Jeff's wife. I think this actress has some possibilities.
Ramzeeze B gave it a5: it was that bad but it wasn't super good. it is a okay written show.
Aussie Toddy gave it a9: I'm actually downloading this show after spotting the trailers a few months ago on YouTube. I agree with most in that Patrick Warburton is definitely the glue that holds it together. Whether he's the butt of the joke or the instigator, his delivery and timing are spot on. In Australia we appreciate a dry sense of humour which probably explains why Patrick and David Spade are well liked. In a lot of cases, it does take time for sitcoms to generate a following. For viewers to get a chance to get used to them and for the actors to get comfortable with each other (and their characters). I agree it's not ground breaking like Seinfeld was, but for a half-hour comedy show with a few good laughs and good cast, it's definitely not the worst show ever conceived. I'll continue to download and view each show, as I've become a bit of a fan. I hope the TV moguls (Eddie McGuire are you listening) in Australia buy this one.
R C gave it a2: This show would be a whole lot more believable if David Spade's character was actually played by an ATTRACTIVE man! There is no way on earth that he could be half as much of a stud-muffin as he tries to be. Twenty-four year old woman finding him hot and thinking he's only 27?? Please... hot? Not a chance. 27? 57 maybe...
Jim D gave it a10: Absolutely hillarious. Love the dead pan guy
Matt gave it a9: After reading the negative reviews you'd think people deserved jail time over this show. I was pleasantly surprised and the cast has great chemistry. A good fit after Two and a Half Men.
Patrick gave it a4: I was really excited to see Ellen Degeneres get a new show, but when she wasn't funny I realized that was actually David Spade. Patrick Warburton +10 David Spade -6
Roger D gave it an8: Patrick Warburton and his great delivery of lines makes this show funny.
paul A gave it a7: maybe not the most engrossing show, but its good. i even laughed out loud a time or two. the big guy is the reason to watch the show. david spade and the other guy are not horrible in the show although there not particularly great either. given the chance i think this comedic team might grow on me.
Smart TV Watcher nostalgia gave it a9: This show is hilarious. These tv critics take tv way too seriously. Relax, its funny. Its a great show. I was laughing throughout most of the program. CBS keep the show on and don't listen to tv critic idiots who wouldn;t know comedy if it bit them it the ass.
Brandon S gave it a0: Just the commercials for this show make me want to poke my eyes out.
Bob J gave it a0: Really? Another one of these? Yech.
aj jay gave it a0: Is David Spade the most annoying human being alive?
