Dave B. gave it a 9: I wish I could give this game a 10. At first I liked everything about it, it was a huge step up from my favourite sports game out there SSX Tricky. But I hate how it doesn't ask you to enter your name after you get a high score, so it loses some replayability, which I like to do with my brothers and friends. The set-up of the game is awful, it's confusing finding which level you want to do in which mode... Otherwise the gameplay is perfect and the funnest game out there!

Joe L. gave it a 9: I thought this game was very good. Going down the mountain with a choice of paths to go is 'suspense-building' towards the next race/showoff, ala Wind Waker with the sea. I also love the racing against rivals and the races down the whole mountain, which are time consuming. But after you beat a time that's been lowered to drastic proportions by progressively faster opponents....its a good feeling. There are some flaws with this game; especially in the GC edition, the nose press controls take a while to get used to, so its hard to win the slopestyle and big air events. But the new superpipe is just away to get huge air...and I love it. After an hour you'll think this game is the easiest in the world. DONT. It gets harder - trust me. (Another improvement over ssx tricky...which is fun but too easy) Overall.....BUY IT!
